How we handle personal data submitted through this website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Northbay Analytics (“we”, “us”). For any question about this notice, contact hello@first.imlml.eu.org.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

  • Your name, email address and organisation, if you submit the contact form.
  • The content of your message.
  • Standard server log data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and referrer.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or social media embeds on this site.

3. Why we process it

  • Contact enquiries — to respond to you and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract.
  • Server logs — to keep the service available and to investigate abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiry correspondence: 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contract is concluded.
  • Server logs: 30 days, then deleted.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the site and our business, and only where a data processing agreement is in place. A current list is available on request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to systems holding personal data is limited to staff who need it and is protected by key-based authentication.

8. Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
